INeed to update my account info
I got a new phone and downloaded the app. I was able to access an account using email sky1031@***.com but my music was not there and no $ balance available.
I am wondering if the account I was using, is linked to an old email that I no longer have access to sky6@***.net. Your help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

No one from the music has contacted me there are completely ignoring me and they don't care about my concerns. I will be making sure to let everyone I communicate with to never use this service.
Because they don't care about their customers they don't care about the quality of their product.
It is absolutely disgusting. One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with in my life.

It doesn’t matter what email are use or contact you guys for him I want my money reimbursed here is a picture of the money you guys took out I don’t like them I don’t like your guises thing I don’t want to speak over emails no more I’ve been doing it for the past two weeks nothing is getting resolved I’d like for somebody to call me back at 607-346-**** if this does not get resolved I will go legal
Email problem
I’ve talk to 2030 different emails and my problem has not been resolved I was charge money for an account that was canceled within 48 hours for free trial. OK I’m tired of hearing the same question from three different emailsAnd on top of that it’s been a week it’s been a week two weeks going on two weeks OK I keep on getting the *** emails sent back-and-forth the same request because I’m emailing from my iCloud instead of my Gmail it’s me it’s Anthony Nieves I confirm my email you guys took the money out of my account that was fine but now I want my money reimbursed and there’s an issue OK I want to can’t I want to cancel my account which has not been done yet still I’d like to cancel the account I’d like my money reimbursed and I’d like somebody to call me on the support line instead of email because my problem has not been resolved and it’s been 2weeks
Beware !
I signed up based on offered content. No more than a week to my subscription and without any notice, about 90% of their offered content was taken down and made unavailable. I contacted them to cancel my subscription, but they wouldn't do it.
So they lure me in with promises, but once the payment goes through they don't deliver and keep your money.
After Googling, I also saw that labels complained that Emusic hasn't paid them.

Cancel my reoccurring charge
I am being charged 12.99 and I do not want the service. I have never used it but I must have forgotten about signing up for this and need to be released.

I signed up. They didnt have the music I was looking for.
I have tried cancelling my account, but to no avail.
In order to cancel you have to hit the contact us link, which takes me to a blank page. I have been trying to cancel since July 2017.
